  • Guest：Upon arrival was greeted at reception by a friendly and welcoming team member alison who gave all information of whether I wanted to book breakfast dinner etc made clear the if anything was needed to just come and find someone as the hotel was manned 24/7 all the staff there were friendly and down to earth engaging in conversations I would say the rooms since my last stay the standards have improved but can see it is ongoing after all Rome wasn’t built in a day was it !!!! Emma Ashley aby Marcia Alison Dan Darren Rosie annemarie but to name a few of the team well done to you all and keep doing what you doing would happily go back to Clacton seafront premier inn
  • Guest：Lovely place to stay. Located with views of the seafront. Nice modern eating/drinking area. Such amazing staff. Marcia checked us in, served us food and drinks. She was a breath of fresh air, friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Emma, who manages the hotel remarkably, cooked us a delicious dinner, although we arrived quite late. Thank you! A special thanks to housekeepers, Rosie and Lisa, who work so hard keeping the rooms/public areas spotlessly clean and were so friendly and helpful. Well done to you all. I shall definitely be returning!

  • Guest：We stayed here Christmas evening as a couple and on Christmas morning we had breakfast as a group of 6. The breakfast was great. A big choice of continental breakfast and we had veggie sausage and bacon cooked for us by the chef. One person in-particular stood out and was there last year, very friendly, smiley and helpful even though it was Christmas Day and they offered us a Buck’s Fizz with breakfast. The rooms are comfy and have everything you need, including a hairdryer and shower gel. It is very reasonable for what you get.
