Guest：It was perfect. The whole stay from start to finish. Olly treated me on the desk with a smile and was incredibly helpful :) I came down for dinner and Nathan took my order. I went for the meal deal which I thought was a steal. A starter and a main for ￡26.99. Overall the bedroom it self was great and very convenient. Only downside was that the loft was having some issues but with how helpful the staff was they still get a 5/5. Thank you Earlsdon I will be returning.
Guest：When I stayed at the hotel, a lady named Sarah was incredibly rude to us and didn't even bother smiling making it seem unwelcoming to be there. She wasn't helpful at all when asking for help with stuff and spoke down to her other staff which was off putting. We was very disappointed with this experince however a kind young man named Thomas. He was super lovely and greeted us with a warm smile and helped us with any request we had without fuss. If it wasn't for him we would of seriously considered going to a different hotel for the night due to Sarah's unprofessional behaviour.
Guest：We stayed here for a show at the NEC as all the closer hotels had no availability and I’m glad that we did, travel to the NEC was easy enough and the prices were much cheaper, room nice and clean
Guest：Nice clean hotel . The Staff were very friendly . The meal deals ( inc drinks and breakfast ) are great value . I hope to visit again .
