  • Guest：We enjoyed our 4 night stay at The Enclave. The room was very clean and the bathroom was quite large. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The amenities were appreciated, especially the sherry. The breakfast bag could use some variety.
  • Guest：The valet guys were great, the male hotel "hosts" were unkempt, uniforms were a mess, and overall appearance was not what one would expect. The $100 i was charged for a 2 bottles of water and a k-cup seemed a bit excessive.
  • Guest：They booked us not in the main hotel but across the street so we had to change and of course there was a $49/night up charge and then $49 a night for the valet to park the car which we never moved for three days, so the charges were kind of not fun to be confronted as you you first arrive. The decor of the hotel is no longer a Charleston southern feel, but very art deco, which is not my style so that disappointed me however, the location, the staff and everybody were wonderful so although I probably won’t go back due to the decor I enjoyed every time I’ve stayed there so I wish them well.
  • Guest：The staff was extremely courteous. Even when they saw me on city streets, they asked about my stay!
