Guest：The Kins Hotel was a fantastic find! The price was fair, the location perfect for our needs, and the service was outstanding. In particular, shout out for the parking attendants. Courteous and attentive. The room itself was also nice. We had one of the smaller rooms rooms, but it was large enough for our short two day stay since we really only needed it to sleep and prep for our days. The only downside, and I must say it's potentially a pretty terrible downside, was that the water pressure in the shower was absolutely HORRENDOUS! Unless the water was straight cold, and it was January so the cold water was COLD, the pressure become so low that it was literally trickling out of the showerhead. It was so bad, that it became difficult to actually rinse the soap from my skin let alone my hair. It was so tedious, that I opted to skip on a shower the following day. We mentioned it to the front desk, but nothing was repaired during our stay. Now we were there only two nights, so it really wasn't a deal breaker for us considering all the other positives, and it certainly could have been an anomaly to just that room, but there you have it.

Guest：我车被砸了包被偷了没护照，可以打电话告知无护照入住，可以帮忙免费少量打印，前台小哥James人超帅超好，早上还告诉我我的卡和手机落在酒店（我太粗心了），他们发现的第一时间就打电话发邮件给我，拯救我于水火。环境不错，有停车场，在晚上前门会锁很安全，晚上太晚到的话附近也有地方吃宵夜但不多，离领事馆近可以步行到达。
