The managers we dealt with were really accommodating and helpful especially Sam. Food was excellent, thank you. We didn’t hear any external noise and found the cost really good value for money.
Guest：Ulverston is a very pretty area with lovely independent shops that were beautifully presented for Christmas. The Premier Inn is situated close to the centre and had everything we needed plus fabulous friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights Friday and Saturday and enjoyed the meal deal for the evening meal and breakfast. Our chef was Emma on both nights and having stayed in several Premier inns this was the best food I've had at any of them. We were served by Brandon who was friendly and helpful. The food was hot and plentiful and the selection was good. On the Saturday it was rather chilly in the restaurant but this was soon corrected by the manager. We didn't get her name but she was really lovely. Our room was clean and had everything we needed and expected and the bed was comfy but a little high off the ground for us vertically challenged people??. Large hotel chains often feel impersonal but the staff here were so friendly it had the vibes of an independent venue. This was our first time visiting this area and we would definitely do it again and stay here.
