Guest：Middle of the road Hotel right on Mayden Square Arrived at the street side entrance only to find an elevator that had no indication of where the lobby was, up or down. After waiting about 15 minutes or so with a few other guests for the elevator to arrive, it was being used by the hotel staff to deliver laundry finally made it to the Lobby only to find out we'd been given a room on the 6th floor, but the 2-3 person elevator only goes to the 5th floor so up the stairs we went with our luggage. Only other issue was the shower water temp would cycle hot to cool every few minutes. Other wise the everything else such as room comfort, breakfast, etc was OK
Guest：Great location, but outdated Hotel is a bit outdated, especially the bathroom and room fixtures. It was also a challenge to communicate in English. Breakfast was okay. Great location.
