Guest：Stayed end of August in a suite with a private pool with a stunning view of the sea, fabulous big room with loads of storage and the most powerful shower!! Can’t recommend this hotel enough, staff are lovely, breakfast was nice. Booked to go back next year Koutouloufari which is a 5 minute walk is just lovely with lots of authentic Greek tavernas and old town Hersonissos with its main square is just lovely. You can walk there but it’s a lot further and not a lot of street lights on the way back so would recommend a taxi which was 10 euros one way. If you can stretch to a suite just book it!! Was so quiet apart from the cicadas all day but that’s a lovely holiday sound!
Guest：Just returned from our third visit, and a wonderful 3 weeks at this fantastic hotel. Casa Blu is exceptional, with the most lovely people, that really make this hotel stand out. The hotel is so comfortable, the rooms are spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. A very relaxing pool area, with comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast and lunch is excellent. It's in a very good location with all the restaurants nearby. What also makes this hotel the very best is the Casa Blu team. They are the most friendly and lovely people, and they work so hard to make your holiday a truly memorable experience. Thank you all so very much for your wonderful Cretan hospitality! Guest：Stunning hotel with great modern looks. We stayed a week here in a junior suite with private pool. On arrival we were greeted by Dimitris on reception who was really nice and helpful and he shown us to our room. The room was great fantastic shower and bathroom facilities and really comfy bed. To the outside we had a private small pool table and chairs and two comfy sunbeds. A nice view if the sea over in hersonissos. Now the downside to the room. We paid extra for a room with a pool that gets no sunlight and is absolutely freezing. We both went in the pool once in the week we were there. Also I didn't think much to the plank of wood that we had to walk across to access the sunbed area. The sunbed area only had sun till midday. Other than that the room was exceptional and cleaned daily by the lovely cleaners. The hotel itself was stunning and very well looked after. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were the best with lots of choice. From full English to pastries fruits continental. There is a lot of people who return here a lot and act like they own the place. Its quite a clicky environment and towels on sunbeds at 6am these people need to get a grip. Same towels everyday. If it wasn't for my partner stopping me I would've thrown them all in the pool. Would i return. Well im not one who likes to return on the same holidays over and over i think there is so much to see in this world. But if I was to return I would happily return to casa blu. But I'd pay for a standard room only no pool.
