Guest：The property is very quaint and in the pedestrianised part of the old town, which is lovely and handy for an evening stroll. Our apartment was on the top floor, which was a little bit of a challenge with a baby and pram/luggage (no lift, so beware when booking). The apartment was clean but a bit "unfinished" looking with some raw edges to the kitchenette counters and a very exposed water tank in the bathroom. The shower and cubicle weren't very practical for anyone taller than 5ft5 and led to a LOT of water ending up on the floor. In addition, the towels smelled a bit off, so I am unsure of the washing process. Overall, it was a nice place, but there is a bit of a snagging list of things that need "finishing" for it to be in tip top condition.
Guest：Lovely quirky place Lovely, quirky place to stay, lots of original features in keeping with the beautiful town of Troyes. Great location. Check in a couple streets away but all very easy & very helpful with recommendations on nearby parking & places to eat. Not a luxury apartment but really enjoyed being in the heart of the town in place full of character
Guest：J’ai mis deux pour deux raisons, la première étoile, parce que cela se situe en centre-ville, la deuxième, parce que l’effort a été fait pour un petit déjeuner certes succincte. La chambre que j’ai eu est dans un état, plus que lamentable depuis la table de la cuisine, des personnes qui passe dans le couloir, peuvent vous observer, cette même fenêtre, a d’ailleurs du papier peint arraché au coin de cette fenêtre d’ailleurs . Alarme incendie posée sur le micro-ondes 2 +, 1 odeur de renfermer et d’humidité aurais d? me faire fuir dès le départ . Arrivé dans la chambre, je constate que le climatiseur a fui sur la moquette et c’est cela qui dégage l’odeur à mon arrivée, pas de chauffage… Une tringle à rideau sur deux … Je pense que je vais m’arrêter là …
Guest：Troyes au calme et proche de tout Endroit très agréable en plein coeur de la ville historique dans une rue au calme. Accueil gentil et disponible. Lieu atypique dans une maison ancienne avec un patio intérieur agréable. Petit déjeuner maison (en plus de le chambre). J'ai eu la chance d'être surclassé. Seuls points négatifs : La plomberie est un peu défaillante, la télé ne possède pas de Replay (tnt).
