Guest：Viaje del INSERSO del 26/01 al 04/02; antes de iniciar viaje, la moral por los suelos al leer los comentarios de clientes anteriores; una vez allí efectivamente el hotel se nos aparece con detalles que delatan sus a?os, pero al mismo tiempo se observa que trabajan de pleno en su renovación. Una vez finalizado nuestro viaje, solo puedo calificar de muy positiva toda nuestra estancia.... una localización increíble a muy escasos metros del paseo marítima y zonas comerciales, un trato exquisito por parte de todo el personal que nos atendió, una habitación muy digna y un buen servicio de comedor para desayunos y cenas que fueron las que utilizamos. Viajamos mucho y hemos tenido experiencias dispares en hoteles de esta categoría; este hotel nos ha dejado muy buenas sensaciones a pesar de sus posibles carencias. Solo me queda dar las gracias a todo el personal por el trato recibido. Francisco.
Guest：The window in the room was dirty and the curtain was torn. The sofa bed was wrinkled and dirty and looked like it had been taken from the garbage. In the bathroom the ventilation hole was full of mold and dust. The ventilation duct hadn’t been cleaned for years - at least not since the bathroom walls were last painted because the paint partially covered the ventilation duct hatch. This is why the smell in the bathroom was awful. The dining room is a schokingly uncomfortable basement trap. The quality of the food varies: sometimes almost good but mostly monotonous and cold. Changing the places and serving dishes of the food does not improve the quality of the food. Only multilingual staff at the reception- maybe that’s why the service was a bit stiff and didn’t leave a good impression. The level of cleaning also varied. Clean sheets only when claimed to the reception. Positives: the hotel is perfectly located and the beds in the room were good. But definitely not four stars hotel - two stars would be the highest rate from us.
Guest：Stayed here for a week solo which I booked last minute. Room was perfect nice views from balcony, with the hotel being in a great location. Staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Reception staff were able to answer any query I had and had good knowledge of the local area, bar staff made excellent drinks and cleaning staff cleaned my room well. Enough of all groups of staff spoke perfect English too Food was ok and the pool area was nice too. Would recommend.
Guest：No frills base Fine for what I paid. This was a no frills base while I explored Anaga and Teno national parks. Basic but no issue due to price
