Guest：Spotlessly clean, great pool and a fabulous breakfast. Room was a bit dated and reception had more of a hostel vibe. Walk to Volterra was a bit of a hike but all in all a very good place to stay.

The breakfasts were amazing, the rooms spotless, and the whole place super clean. Best of all was Luca’s map and his daily advice on where to go—made our trip unforgettable. Thank you Luca and your whole family for a trip of a lifetime.
Guest：Luca was such a welcoming host. He offered many suggestions for local restaurants and ideas for tours to make the most of our time. I am not sure how he has the energy, but he seemed to be everywhere attending to guests.
