Guest：You cannot fault these Premier inns. Always clean and tidy, decent sized rooms and very decent facilities on offer. We were quickly checked in and stayed for two nights and we found our room to be very peaceful, bed comfortable and above all a very good hot breakfast buffet with good cold options too. There is a decent bar area and security is excellent.... I mean the room card controls the lift so noone can get upstairs. We liked the facilities in our room.... Plenty of tea/coffee and 2 bottles of hand wash and bath wash were supplied. The room had sufficient storage and a hairdryer too. Phone charging points are located either side of the bed. Pickering Castle is about a mile away. Whitby and Robin hoods bay are 25 miles Thornton le Dale is 5 minutes(beautiful little village and the TV programme "Bangers and cash" is filmed in and around that area. York is about 45 minutes by car and the steam train station at Pickering is 5 minutes by car. Visited 27th /28th of December 2025
Guest：My husband and I stayed here on Christmas night after visiting family nearby, we used the self check in which was very easy. Our room was standard for Premier Inn, clean and comfortable. The toilet seat was very noisy and I struggled to get the shower working but the bathtub was very good, We had breakfast in the morning which was well stocked but didn't have anything cooked to order. Good location for visiting Pickering and the surrounding area, plenty of room in the free car park.

Guest：Clean room, clearly a newly build hotel (in that all the rooms and bathrooms are still in very good condition), comfortable bed and very quiet. Ideal for our needs. We didn't use the bar or have breakfast, but appreciated the large car park and easy check in.
