  • Guest：Too expensive for the value and quality you receive in the rooms and restaurants. Rooms need a really good clean and lick of paint. Breakfast was shocking, omelette was a burned mess. Dinner just ok priced far too high. Not much to do around the location.
  • Guest：Price was reasonable for a Friday night but if it had of been any more then it wouldn't have been worth it. The hotel itself is in need of a bit of a refresh but overall clean and tidy. Bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately there aren't many other options in the area to stay.
  • Guest：The bedroom was gorgeous. A double height ceiling with a brick wall on the gable end, good heavy blackout curtains. The breakfast was good. Basic, but good. However, I was horrified when the waitress told the lady at the table next to us that if she wanted the milk for her tea warmed up she would have to pay extra, as that wasn't included in the cost of the breakfast. There was no lid on the toilet. And as for an anti slip bath mat, it was disgusting. I always check the back of the mat to make sure it's also been cleaned and it was pink and slimy. I don't know if it has ever been cleaned. When I complained about the state of it at checkout and informed the receptionist about the bacteria on the bottom of the shower mat, she wasn't too impressed with me and said to be fair, it's probably the colour of the cleaning products they use. Even if that was the case, it would have meant that they weren't rinsing it properly.
  • Guest：Booked here for easy convenience to town for a party. Booked double room and got a triple which crowded the room. Lots of wear and tear on carpets, mould in the shower, which wasn't great either. Breakfast was lovely but only filter coffee. Staff very pleasant and parking at rear.
