Guest：I recently stayed at Stay Casa, Bhopal during a short business trip and found the experience to be a blend of positives and areas that need serious attention. Bhopal’s weather was truly delightful during my visit, adding a touch of comfort to the overall trip. I arrived late at the property, which is nestled within the Bhogpur Club premises — a calm and expansive setting. However, the first challenge came quickly: accessing hot water. It took an unreasonably long time to get lukewarm water, during which 100-200 litres must have gone down the drain. This is not just inconvenient but environmentally irresponsible. The hotel management must address this issue on priority. Coming to the positives — dinner was quite enjoyable. This was my 4th or 5th visit, and I can confidently say that Stay Casa consistently delivers good food. The rooms are impressively large, which is a welcome surprise at this price point. However, the amenities are very basic, almost guesthouse-level. The air-conditioning works efficiently, but the absence of blackout curtains affects sleep quality, especially for those sensitive to light. Breakfast is minimal — good enough to get by, though at times it's served cold. There are no live counters, not even for eggs, which can be disappointing for business travellers expecting standard buffet basics. The Wi-Fi system is another weak spot — unnecessarily complicated and always requiring front desk assistance to connect. On the brighter side, the staff are polite, responsive, and eager to help, which is always appreciated. Overall verdict: If you’re traveling on a budget and prefer large rooms in a peaceful environment, Stay Casa is an acceptable choice. But for frequent or business travellers expecting seamless amenities, the property still has a long way to go. Rating: 3.5/5
