  • Guest：A Beautiful quirky location . We really enjoyed our visit, it ticked every box for us. The apartment is very well equipped and we had a very comfortable sleep. I loved waking up to the amazing sea views as well as the horses popping their heads over the fence to say hello in the morning. A lovely relaxing escape from the every day hustle and bustle.
  • Guest：Really enjoyed our stay . A big thank you to Jan and Mick for their hospitality. The accommodation has everything we could possibly need. A excellent location nestled in the hillside over looking the sea. The horse sheep and chickens were a joy to watch not forgetting Snoop Dora and Sid. Easy access to Barmouth which certainly has much more to offer than it used to. And have to mention the Norbar restaurant three minutes up the road, a real hidden gem. Can’t wait for February for our return visit.

Easy walk to beaches/ shops along the promenade - we were lucky enough to see dolphins swimming by as we wandered :). Will 100% return.
  • Guest：Delightful accommodation in peaceful surroundings enabled us to have a wonderful break in Barmouth. We stopped in Penty Mochyn for a week in mid-January, and had a great time. We were provided with informative correspondence prior to our arrival by our hosts Jan & Mick, who were genuinely friendly and welcoming. They were so helpful with advice on local amenities and places to visit - including the shortcut directly to the beach! Our holiday barn was first-class, spotlessly clean, modern and relaxing; the view out to the sea was superb. We enjoyed an excellent holiday and Penty Mochyn is definitely highly recommended!
