  • Guest：Nice room with good size. Nice restaurant on the second floor with good food. Nothing spectacular but no complaints either. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. One big downside--the street noise was excessive. The main thoroughfare had big container trucks passing through round the clock. The noise insulation was non-existent. Huge room windows which would've been nice to let light in also let much street noise. We were sensitive sleepers and it really bothered us even from the 3rd floor. We tried to ask for a transfer to the other side facing away from the street but they were fully booked. Although I wonder if it would've made much difference since the building was narrow and the other side would've been only a few meters farther from the street. Sadly, I won't be booking again if I had other options.
  • Guest：I have mixed feelings about our recent stay. On many fronts, this hotel hits the mark perfectly, but a significant issue with the room layout left our group feeling a bit frustrated. The Positives The Staff: Truly the highlight of the stay. Everyone we encountered was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. Value: Generally speaking, the prices are very reasonable for the level of service and the amenities provided. The Issue: "Unequal and Unfair" Room Sizes We were a group of 8 people and booked 4 separate rooms (2 people per room). Despite paying the same rate, the room sizes were wildly inconsistent. Some of us had plenty of space, while others felt cramped in significantly smaller quarters. When we brought this up to the front desk, the staff actually confirmed that we aren't the first guests to complain about this. It’s disappointing to know that management is aware of the "size lottery" but hasn't taken steps to adjust the pricing or clearly categorize the rooms during the booking process. It feels unfair to pay the same price for a much smaller experience. If you are traveling solo or as a couple and don't mind a bit of a gamble, this is a lovely place to stay. However, for groups booking multiple rooms, the lack of consistency is a real problem. I hope management addresses this soon—either by renovating or by being more transparent about room dimensions or adjusting prices for smaller cuts.
