Guest：Owner friendly and extremely helpful. Room was lovely, couldn't fault a thing. And the dogs are nice too. Location is good. Not sure what else to say to use the remaining characters count, other than, I'd recommend you stay here, point of note breaky no longer offered
Guest：The Avon guest house is a great place to stay, not far to walk to the centre of the city, parking is very handy, Julie is a great host very helpful with places to go and see, also places to eat we can not wait to go back.
Guest：Another wonderful stay at the Avon Guest House. My go to place in Bath! Super close to the centre of town yet also close to the delightful Widcombe high-street with its independent shops, pubs and restaurants. Spotlessly clean and lovely fluffy towels. Thank you Julie, will be returning.
Guest：The guest house is in a fantastic location, 5 - 10 minute walk from the city centre but just far enough out to be nice and quiet. Julie the host is wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us, she’s also very knowledgeable on the local area and was ready with some great suggestions for places to visit.
