Guest：I’ve never seen such an interesting, fascinating combination of traditional old house outside with such an interesting modern detailed interior inside. The breakfasts were tasty. Cosy patio. The staff was nice and quick to react. In short, it was pleasant to return to the hotel after walking around the city.
Guest：I lived in this hotel from April 9 to April 21, then I decided to check in here again from April 23 to May 2. The hotel manager offered not to book at booking, but to pay directly for the discounted stay. After checking in, I decided to check the booking and saw prices 2 times lower than I paid!!! I asked the receptionist to return the difference to me, two days in a row - two different employees promised to resolve the issue, and on the third day the third employee said that the funds would not be returned. A good hotel in every way except for the scam with the prices. the impression is completely ruined
Guest：I felt so comfortable there,once we asked someone about something, she said we trying our best. Which is important in that kind of business. It was my first time to be in other country to visit I really enjoyed Otel part. By that application I want to thank them again. Hope they will be same or better in the future ??
Guest：A thoroughly decent hotel. Very slick design and concept and sympathetic to the building too. Heritage Hotel have done a great job bringing the old world back to life with a high end boutique stylish interior. A really good effort from a decent hotel. The room had a minbar that was stocked and a good air conditioner and decent TV. The room decor and stylish bathroom were nice and although in the city centre, did not suffer from city centre noise. Breakfast was a decent buffet and started at 8am. I used the gym/fitness room. The gym was decent and the equipment new. Would definitely stay here again when in Tbilisi.
