Guest：Great arrival experience. WC was leaking and the floor was wet at the time of check-in. Broken water kettle and a telephone left in the room. Couple of great food and beverage staff in the evenings. Deshan was super helpful and courteous. Morning staff in the restaurant appeared to be very reserved and spent time chatting in groups in corners. They never even respond back for a greeting. I greeted them good morning on both days as I entered to the dinning room and no one greeted me back. Working telephone and a copy of the restaurant menu (even a QR code) in the room could be helpful for those who are interested in room service. Check-out time of the property listed as 12.00pm however, I was locked out while having breakfast at 8.30am.
Guest：Room fine but noisy environment. Quite hard to find ( even taxi drivers had problems ). Turned out to be large party of chinese guests going to bed late and up very early shouting around pool area. Otherwise large room, clean with good en-suite facilities.
Guest：Great staff, very helpful and cheerful. Internet was not great, cut off all the times, the breakfast was poor and the choices were slim, otherwise the service was good and the price is affordable.
Guest：Room was clean , nd staff approachable . However , some party in swimming pool area restricted the free move nd loud music till 1130 pm .
