Guest：The hotel is perfectly situated minutes away from the beach in Santa Ponsa. There are restaurants and cafe bars everywhere in sight. Also a good priced supermarket just a few doors up to the left. Firmly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, very spacious with comfortable beds and sofa. Kitchen stocked with equipment, fridge and microwave. Excellent shower with hairdryer in the bathroom. Shower gel, hand soap and towels are provided and were changed halfway through our stay. Just small things missing for us such as a mirror outside of the bathroom. A kettle would have been ideal too - although heating water on the hob worked fine. Pool areas not the largest but plenty of beds available to use. Great value for the money we paid to stay. Would recommend.
Guest：We had the loveliest time in Portofino. The staff were all amazing, always friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The apartment was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the kitchenette area was more than enough for our stay as a family of 4. The pool was a great vibe, family friendly, the life guard was great and very helpful, the poolside bar had a great range of snacks and drinks aswell as pool items for the kids to play with. We’ll definitely stay at Portofino when we stay in Santa Ponsa again!
Guest：What stood out about my stay if how friendly the staff where to my 6 kid. My son age 4 was very nervous at first but he loved it and the staff made sure everything was ok and the pool felt like we where in a ￡1,000,000 hotel
