  • Guest：Every thing great, room, staff, food, drinks. Staff are always so attentive. One complaint was being on level 5 last night right above function suite and music was absolutely booming. Could actually be heard in restaurant also but good point was they had a pianist covering that up majority of time having dinner.
  • Guest：Quality of food served in restaurant. Expensive for highly processed portions eg frozen dipper style chips with a meal of fish and chips and my partner had the fish pie that looked and tasted like a budget frozen meal available from a supermarket. However reception and serving staff were very friendly and efficient. Bathroom needs up grading. Old style mira shower over a bath and no handrail for additional support The setting was superb. Sad that the hotel doesn’t live up to present day expectations of a 4 star hotel
  • Guest：Beautiful amenities, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast. Not quite enough parking spots when you are there for a wedding but otherwise wonderful
  • Guest：The staff were friendly. Went to the bar a few times and no one was there to serve. Wasn’t told about kids swimming lessons so half the pool was closed off. The room was large but the bed was small and springy. The breakfast was fine
