Guest：Hotel was an annexe building - key had to be collected from a different hotel about 10 minutes walk away. I was given the key and a map - then discovered that reception had given me the wrong address and there was another annexe building, eventually found it, then got into the room and they had given me a single bed room when I had booked a double so had to walk back to the 1st hotel again to ask them to change it. Was very inconvenient. However staff were pleasant enough and the room was in an excellent location if not a little small.

Guest：This hotel was a complete ****, You need to go to Golden Triump Hotel Piram which is 15 mins different direction walk and then they will give you the key to this hotel room if they find it. Complete **** service nobody was on reception complete unknown and ******* location and service Just imagine if you’re travelling late and then there is nobody in hotel as you call them they say come to different location to get the key in night time and then go again to a different place which is not hotel regina wow what a **** piece. Would have given negative rating if available! ????
Guest：Заселение в другом отеле, в 500м, мы знали заранее, поэтому проблем не возникло, как раз по пути от вокзала сначала тот отель, где надо зарегистрироваться и получить ключи, и потом дошли уже, в котором проживали. Удобно по прямой минут 20 до испанской лестницы или фонтана Треви. Есть холодильник, капсульная кофемашина, правда не всегда пополняли капсулы. Нет чайника. Не работал кондиционер, он нам был не нужен, но моргал постоянно, ночью не очень приятно спать. Телевизор тоже не работал, возможно батарейки сели в пульте, не уточняли. Плохо закрывается окно, ночью открывалось само, приходилось вставать закрывать
