Guest：We booked a last minute trip to Rome and selected the Green Park Pamphili for its 4* rating and also (mistakenly) for proximity to the center. The Hotel is some distance from the centre requiring 25-35 minutes public transport plus either some shoe leather or a change mid way. It was far enough to preclude a return during the day, so we only made a single trip in to the centre each day we were in Rome The Hotel is fairly spacious and rooms were of a good size, albeit rather basic and certainly below what I would expect from a 4* establishment. Decor is rather tired. Like other reviewers, I would drop this at least one level: - A single double socket was available for appliances with no USB points - disappointing for the grade. - The breakfast buffet was what I would expect from a 3* establishment - tinned fruits & trays of lacklustre bacon & scrambled eggs. Coffee machine was good, but this IS Italy! - The Hotel has a bar, but in 4 nights it wasn't ever open, even at the times publicised. On the plus side, beds were fairy comfortable and the aircon did work. The room had a fridge (albeit unstocked) which was useful

Guest：As part of our tour , the tour company booked us into this dated hotel in the Lazio district of Rome. We spent 6 nights here . It’s close to bus transportation and taxis and restaurants but that’s about all. We spent 4 nights at the beginning of our 16 night vacation and 2 nights in a different room at the end of our vacation. The hotel was dark and the halls were without proper lighting , the desk clerks were unfriendly and indifferent to any question or request. The room was rather dated with no view other then a parking lot , the bathroom was small and the shower leaked water over the floor. The breakfasts were less then basic , the coffees were horrible as if the coffee machine hadn’t been cleaned in ages . The employees serve the guests and are extremely unpleasant and rude. The croissants appear to be of inferior quality and seldom had a variety . Canned fruit in place if fresh fruit is never accepted even in Rome . The bottled water was rationed out and if you asked to fill your water bottle , they refused at first then reluctantly filled them. The remaining breakfast was packaged .food.The breakfast room was cold and had no ambience. I would not recommend this hotel at all .
