Guest：I had a great stay at this hotel. It greatly surpassed my expectation. First of all I was very fortunate to received a free upgrade to a junior suite, room 104. I think this is one of a kind room opens up to the small pool and a small nice patio. I think this is the only room with this location. Ask to see if you can get it. This petite hotel it's in the best possible location at a great price. The restaurant, Las nacion, it's right in the heart The main plaza in the city. You cannot get a better location than this. The staff was very friendly, my coworker had a regular room on the second floor. He told me that it was very nice too. But my room is spectacular and I will include some photos of it. Everything is within easy walking distance. You will have a little bit of a challenge finding parking in the central district. I don't know about the other rooms, but from my experience getting an upgrade to the junior suite, room 104, this is a must stay. I want to reemphasize. The location of the hotel is unbeatable.
Guest：Todo el personal con una categoría 5 estrellas en atención turística. Serviciales, amables, atentos. Cafetería - restaurante de primera alimentos y bebidas, además del servicio. Alberca agradable, limpia, con adecuada temperatura. Disfrutamos mucho la estructura arquitectónica, auténtica de la epoca de la Independencia, ademas de su ubicación en el corazón de la zona turística y folclórica de la Ciudad de Querétaro, *_"Deberían hacerla Pueblo Mágico"_* aunque sea esa zona del centro. Rodeado de restaurantes, plazas, llenas de artistas músicos, cantantes, payasos, vendedores ambulantes.

Guest：O hotel está bem localizado, mais no quarto dava pra ouvir todo o barulho da rua, 7hs da manh? os restaurantes em frente ao hotel colocavam música alta nao dava mais pra relaxar, Roupas de cama com aspecto de suja q naoforam trocadas, toalhas manchadas e esfarrapadas q pareciam mais pano de porno ch?o. Chuveiro saía pouca água era horrível.
