Guest：Been here 24 hours, firstly can't fault the room, no plug for bath and asked for extra pillow, and a blocked toilet!! Granted done the day after, after I went reception, who I thought the gentleman needed some customer service skills!!! Just caught the cleaner about cleaning room, she came in emptied bin ,more toilet tissue and left quite surprisingly no cleaning done ?? be interesting rest of holiday if that's what the cleaning staff do !!!! Still another 6 nights of our holiday
Guest：The whole trip the A/C was not working. We told the front desk multiple times but they rolled their eyes and laughed and cut us off. They said it had been fixed Even though it was still not working. The staff was rude in my opinion and the hotel dosen’t fit the 4-star rating. The buffet was ok, a bit boring, with only 4 different meals at dinner
Guest：Although the room was clean, the food was cold and not a lot of choice. We complained about stone cold chips & luke warm food but nothing was acknowledged or done about it. I know we were there at the start if the season but it's unacceptable and dangerous
Guest：on our second day here we arrived back to the hotel our room door was left wide open by housekeeping, no safe in the room so meant our valuables couldn’t Be properly stored away. NO ENTERTAINMENT- no atmosphere, nothing to do, the pool is the only source of entertainment - no music no bands, nothing. I’m not picky with food but even I couldn’t find anything to eat - there is no variety and was the same the whole time we were there. Room however was clean - but had to make our own beds up a few times that week. Duvet cover and pillow cases was left for us to make up ourselves which wasn’t ideal but we wasn’t too bothered. Not enough sun lounges, never really got to sit out due to them not catering enough for the capacity of the hotel. We didn’t let this stop us from having a good holiday but it was a little upsetting as this was our first time in Bulgaria. Overall it was okay but unfortunately me and my partner wont be returning.
