Guest：Nice area nice place rooms were ok warm when we turned on heating rooms could do with bit more attention in areas but was ok for what we needed ideal place for couples who want to be in that area
Guest：The location of this place is really good street parking is available on streets nearby entry to the hotel is key code and safe key on rooms , on the whole this hotel needs some tlc beds were comfy kitchen area was ok bathroom and sofa not great lets it down a bit but it was ok for what we needed as a base for the weekend
Guest：The accommodation is in a great location but is tired and in need of an update. The rooms themselves are clean and have the basics you need including a microwave the towels and bedding are spotless but entrance and stair carpets are abit grim. Is all self check in which I'm fine with but the handyman was around and saw us struggling with bags and 2 small children but never spoke or asked if we needed assistance even after my son in law helped him carry a fridge upstairs. Wifi poor above floor 1 and showers have a nack of burning you then freezing you. We used as a base was out all the time enjoying skegness which this accommodation is right in the heart of so really enjoyed our break but probably wouldn't stay here again.
Guest：Had a knock on the door and a guy who couldn’t speak English very well was asking for me to fill information I’d already done online again. He wanted to take pictures of my driving. He also asked for my reservation number so I showed him my email, but that wasn’t what he wanted. The bedroom had one heater and was freezing. The internet didn’t work. Not a very good shower would only stay boiling hot.license
