Guest：Pretty much standard room and bathroom with increasingly common issues with the thermostatic shower control having a mind of its own and a toilet that doesn’t want to flush yet at the same time leaks into the bowl constantly. Breakfast deal was a let down with no hot buffet available (this seems to be coming more widespread) and the plated full English missing mushrooms (‘sorry not available today’) and no more tha a teaspoon of scrambled eggs (lucky as it was more like an omelette anyway). No individual yoghurt pots rather a dish of yoghurt that looked well past its sell by date. Not worth ￡11.
Guest：The hotel itself was as expected, easy to find and the bedroom was very comfortable. The evening meal service was terrible, long delays in serving both courses and food had to be returned as only partly cooked. One waitress on call covering bar and restaurant and a trainee chef apparently. I was told I would receive a refund for the main course but it did not appear on my bill.
Guest：Excellent location, very close to railway station which was key for us. Great price and trip was refundable until 13.00 on the day which was very useful as Storm Goretti was due to hit. Good restaurant attached to hotel which is only available to hotel guests, great meal for reasonable price. Comfy beds (twin) so everything you need for a practical one night stay.
Guest：A big shout out to Rene who greeted us on Saturday 27th September! He was so warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We had an early check-in and the room wasn't quite ready but Rene wasn't phased at all. Even though they were short staffed at the time he did absolutely everything for us with a smile and at speed. He even took my cases to the room. He showed me where everything was and that, if I needed anything, I only had to shout! Also, I think its worth mentioning there were a couple of chambermaids on and they were also very friendly and very helpful. This is one of the nicest Premiers in terms of service I've ever stayed at and we always use Premier wherever we can. Thanks so much Rene and the team ??
