  • Guest：The location on the property is very good as it is located in the cantonment area. The infrastructure of the property is, I suppose one of the best in Patiala, but the service is very poor. The property also lacks very basic amenities. The room was very neat perhaps because the property is new, but the rugs in the room was disgusting. The food served here is also very very bad. I was staying here with breakfast for two in my package but we were served for only person in the room. On requesting another bread in the meal, we were served with a broken bread that too after waiting for long which we had to return back and had to take breakfast outside the hotel. So, if you are planning to spend a night or two, this hotel is very good but for food it is highly recommended that you go outside.
