Guest：Fiona and Rob were excellent host very knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were cosy and warm excellent breakfast with plenty of choice will use again .Ample parking space and easy to find near to train station and plenty of pubs near the beach with lovely walk into the warren. Teignmouth and Paignton, Torquay all in a train ride along the coast well worth taking in for the day
Guest：We were greeted very warmly, both Fiona and Rob were lovely hosts. The room was spacious and facilities brilliant, especially the home made biscuits The walk in shower was great, even with a grip handle for those not so nimble. Breakfast was cooked lovely and a good choice of menu and also the cereal, fruit and yoghurt.
Guest：Hosts Rob and Fiona extend a warm welcome and have thought of everything! Very comfortable and hospitable base to explore Dawlish and beyond with a great breakfast. We were there to do some coastal walking and had the added bonus of delightful weather. Really recommend this hotel!
Guest：A fantastic break! We were treated like royalty at Lammas Park House, starting with collection by car from the Railway Station. Our room with very spacious with a stunning sea view. It was also a very warm & cosy room, vital for us oldies! Dawlish was a good location, & so was Lammas Park, & that's why we hope to return. Highly recommended!
