Guest：Nice, spacious room but could do with a few more basic amenities and slightly bigger bed. Sound insulation is great, couldn’t hear anything from the outside and friendly staff.
Guest：I stayed for seven nights, but the room was cleaned only once. The trash bin kept overflowing, which made the room feel uncomfortable and unhygienic.The sink did not drain well, and the dishes were not properly cleaned in advance. The location is great and the staff are kind, but the overall management policy really affected my experience.

Guest：The location is amazing, it’s right against the Berlin Wall, and you can casually stroll outside to see all the history that comes conveniently with this hotel. The hotel also has access to nearby train station and the uber arena nearby is a great selection of restaurants. Overall highly recommend, and of course the room amenities were amazing.
