Guest：Staff were very nice. Easy check in and out. Would be helpful if in addition to USB they had USB-C for charging phones. And icing on top would be universal plug receptacles.
Guest：A/C in the room worked well. Otherwise it was fairly basic. Felt more like a dorm than a hotel. A bit far to walk for good dining options.
Guest：I would have given 5 stars except for a weird little interaction right at the end, when I asked the person at reception for a scissor to cut the tag off a shirt I’d just bought. He said we don’t have scissors at reception. No “let me ask my supervisor” or “maybe there’s one in the office right behind me.” Just basically “no” and no effort. Otherwise, clean, close to the train station but quiet, nicely equipped kitchen which I didn’t use bc it was a short stay, all positives.
Guest：Comfortable stay, communication with staff not always easy but they were nice. About 13 minute walk to main part of town which got a little old when I would have loved a nearby restaurant to grab a bite. But overall I was very happy with the hotel.
