Guest：Not a 4 star hotel, more a 2.5 star or 3 star at best, so I was disappointed in several ways due to that. Bed was a "Murphy" (pull down from the wall) bed and not very comfortable (seemed more likely a double bed than the avertised queen?). TV didn't work (had to call front desk, which said it needed to be reset every day, and hadn't been), and once reset, did not get any channels directly (only links to various streaming services, whcih required an account to get any programming). When reserving I saw advertised as "free self parking", but apparently that is only if you self park somewhere offsite, as even self parking on site had a charge of $21.95 ($20 plus tax) that I wasn't expecting (to be fair, if you clicked on "amenities" for more detail that is explained, but it should be clear from the main reservation page rather than suggest there is free self parking). Decor was a sparse "industrial" style (bare concrete floors, exposed but painted ceiling, minimalist furniture), which was fine for the price we got, but definitely not what I would ever rate 4 stars.

Guest：The images were not accurate for the shared kitchen rooms, beds were full size (not the advertised Queen), the showers are designed such that water gets everywhere. TV was a modern smart TV which was nice to see.
Guest：Harthall Hotel - The location was perfect. I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms have everything you need; it was more like apartment style hotel. But the bed (queen) was a little uncomfortable for me and hard to get in and out of because the sides are blocked but a weird board. Cons- And I don’t like that the only option for TV is Apple TV subscription. Please Add more TV service Apps besides Apple, I prefer Netflix. The room was quiet even though it’s right near the train tracks but you don’t hear a horn but they also leave ear plugs. Pros- The front desk staff if very friendly and pleasant, they was always nice and greeted us each and every time. I would stay here again only if they add more TV service providers. I didn’t like having to pay $12.99 for the Apple TV, and the parking is also $21.99 per day. But the rooms are clean all rooms only have showers even the accessible room so there’s no tubs on this property and the hotel recently opened I was told September 2025 so the bar area was not open either but they do have snacks available to purchase downstairs in the lobby. I was told this was a four-star hotel while booking but I feel more that it’s a 3.5 star hotel instead. FYI- I believe this is an old place maker hotel that was recently bought out by the heart hall Hotel September of this year….
