Guest：Our stay was unfortunately disrupted for two evenings. We were surprised to find an active construction site next to our tents, where work continued until 9:00 PM. Furthermore, a loud business party with karaoke created noise until 11:00 PM, which was very disruptive for our young children. To their credit, the receptionist and manager were apologetic and supportive. They ensured all loud noise stopped after 11:00 PM and kindly provided us with a voucher for strawberry picking as a goodwill gesture. The campsite's location was also excellent for visiting local attractions like the tea plantation and enjoying afternoon tea. However, due to the initial excessive noise and disruption, we cannot recommend this campsite for families with young children. While the staff responded well, the accommodations and amenities do not fully reflect the value for the price per night, and there may be better hotel options in the area for a similar cost.
Guest：Friendly services & great breakfast + hotpot dinner. Shared-bathroom water heater doesnt works well as 2 out of 3 bathroom out of hot water. Need further improvement at this point. Overall, kids enjoy the stay!
Guest：The weather was delightful. The service staff was excellent, from reception to room service and F&B. It was a wonderful experience staying in a caravan. The reception area was beautifully designed. The steamboat grill dinner was good. Be prepared for camping-style shower facilities. There is no hot water in the caravan. The hot water at the shared toilet is unpredictable.
Guest：Very nice option in Cameron Highland for glamping experience. The staff & team are excellent and very proactive. The facility can be better & improved such as the public shower, breakfast meal and the toilet inside the Nest Cabin (has smell). Other than that, it is all great!
