Guest：Tina服务热情早餐安排了三人份。服务态度非常好 ??酒店早餐也还可以的还有她们的客房服务也很好，知道我们三个人第二天还特意为我们准备了三根浴巾三条毛巾三双拖鞋，三根牙刷真的很不错，贴心服务??

Guest：This hotel is not in a super location, but it is in a nice location to be able to get to other areas easily enough. There is a shopping mall close, a park and several other things you can enjoy as well. The room was and hotel itself seemed very clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast was enjoyable overall. If you get the breakfast buffet, you will want to go to the main buffet and not the second-floor buffet which only has a fraction of the main buffet. I would stay here again if I needed to go to Hangzhou and stay somewhere. For the price, honestly, it cannot be beaten. I am truly sorry I did not take any pictures, but I can assure you it is well worth the money. A true bargain.
Guest：This hotel is located very close to the metro. The check in was very smooth. Ms Zoe at the reception was very kind and super helpful. She even upgraded my breakfast to the Holiday Inn breakfast which was a lavish spread compared to the normal Holiday Inn Express breakfast. The property was clean. The room was spacious. Good amenities. I would definitely stay here again next time. Again a special mention to Ms Zoey for making my stay comfortable. House keeping staff was also kind to give me extra bottles of water.
