Guest：Spa was really good… quite busy but nice. Rooms clean and very comfortable. The lift wasn’t working which didn’t affect us but maybe others. Service at breakfast was excellent and Dot is an asset to the hotel with her welcome, information and personality…. A lovely stay in a beautiful setting. ??
Guest：We had a junior suite overlooking the river which was nice enough, we thought the bathroom required an update. No towel heating rail, no underfloor heating so it was cold. Perhaps we were spoiled the year before as we stayed in The Hermitage suite which was superb, far preferred it however I expect more expensive. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and we enjoyed the swimming pool. The breakfast was excellent and the evening meal was good, however I think there could have been more choices in the main meals menu.
Guest：The staff were extremely friendly, accomodating and attentive. The room was clean and quiet to sleep in. The bed was comfortable. The nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch. The horizon shower was also good. The food in the restaurant was good and breakfast in the morning good. Really appreciated the gluten free station.
Guest：The staff were very friendly. It’s was also a relaxing venue. The views from the Hotel were beautiful. The town is lovely and only a short walk. The room was nice and the shower/bath was very good. The breakfasts were excellent. We ate in the hotel on one occasion and the meal was poor and seriously over priced.
