  • Guest：Everything was lovely! A heads up that that whole street was closed for construction would have been nice. I think pillows need to be replaced - quite lumpy and uncomfortable. Overall very happy, a beautiful room on a lovely street in a great location! Would be happy to stay again.
  • Guest：Staff were super helpful, mailed back a charger that I left at the accommodation! Staff were super helpful by text when I had questions about check in. Only downside was that room was incredibly small and the bathroom in particular was a struggle to use with the limited space.
  • Guest：Whilst the room was decorated beautifully and the amenities were great, the room was so small, especially the bathroom. Also you could hear the room above everytime they flushed the toilet or ran the taps and it was so loud it woke me up. Wonderful location and style, but didn’t feel private due to the noise of other rooms/people going in and out of the house
  • Guest：The Palmerston room was perfect! Spotless, cozy, quiet and well equipped. There are no staff in the hotel, but request were answered quickly via Whatsapp.
