Guest：We held our wedding reception here at Baglio Carta on 27/09/25 and it was one of the best decisions we have ever made. The family at Baglio Carta have a heart of gold and went above and beyond to make our day special. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Chiara was very attentive and responsive and everyone was very patient with me given that Italian is not my first language. Everyone was absolutely blown away by how stunning the venue is. There was an endless amount of food at an excellent price that is the best we have ever tasted in Sicily. Many guests commented on how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to. It is a day we will never forget. If you would like to get married in Sicily, or are looking for a beautiful place to stay with excellent service from thoughtful staff, do not hesitate to book Baglio Carta!
Guest：Conosciamo Baglio Carta da decenni, e ci siamo tornati con piacere ma al momento degli antipasti una delusione, sempre gli stessi, freddi, pane tostato duro, ne' panelle ne' verdure pastellate ne' salumi e formaggi, come da menu'. La pasta era precotta e non possono dire di no, era evidente. Il secondo , salsiccia poche patate e maiale. Frutta e cassatella buona e calda. Il prezzo (35)non valeva il menu'. La cosa più grave e' che 3 su 4 persone ci siamo sentiti male e su questo non transigo. Non lo consiglio se continua cosi'
