  • Guest：A very good hotel to stay in bath and at a great location. The staffs were really friendly and helpful
  • Guest：The breakfast was good, and the restaurant staff were very friendly – unfortunately, that’s the only real advantage of this hotel. When we arrived, we were first given a room in a different building, located on the underground floor. It was dark, damp, cold, and felt more like a cave than a hotel room. We asked if there were any alternatives and were then moved to a room on the third floor of the main building. This clearly showed that other rooms were available, but the reception manager initially tried to give us the worst one. As an apology, we were offered complimentary prosecco, which confirmed that the staff recognized their mistake (though we don’t drink alcohol). The new room was better, but still far from great. Overall, the hotel did not feel like a true four-star property.
  • Guest：Great location, super friendly staff (offered us free early check-in and discounted breakfast due to booking last minute). Lovely rooms, nice and spacious, amazing breakfast.
  • Guest：Central location in Bath. Walking distance to everything. But make sure u book the right wing.
