Guest：We stayed here for 8 nights whilst visiting Naples & surrounded areas. Great base for exploring. The staff were courteous and helpful and explained everything in English very well + gave us good tips and advice and restaurant recommendations. Room was large, clean and tidy and cleaned every day, bottled water provide in the fridge every day, cheap mini bar and coffee provided-easy access / good communication on arrival - very good stay in the busy old town - would recommend. We had a balcony room facing the old street which was great- the Only advice is if you have windows open take ear plugs as it’s quite noisy
Guest：Lovely clean comfortable room with balcony onto traditional Neapolitan street. Beds very comfortable. Fabulous location for accessing all of Naples. Staff are lovely, very welcoming and keen to help. Unusual entrance but don’t be put off, it is quirky, very Naples and is very safe.
