Guest：A great hotel and amazing staff! When I arrived (after a 3hr coach journey), I wasn't sure what to expect when told there are two buildings and I was in the other. In reality, it's roughly 100m between the buildings so not an issue. The staff, as I mentioned, are amazing. I speak a few words of Spanish and zero Catalan but everyone was so patient. The staff, to varying degrees, speak English and I didn't find communication and issue at all. They're extremely helpful too! The location is great if you're not bothered about going out in the evening. I don't so can't comment about getting into town but I wouldn't say it's walkable. Maybe someone knows different... The shuttle between the ski areas is reliable and easy. The only downside is having to set a time to return. Sometimes, you just get too tired or wet or cold and want to finish skiing early; other times you want to continue. The food varied between fantastic to meh but always edible and good enough. I had a superior room and it was warm, spacious, comfortable and clean. The small balcony was a nice touch to view the mountains. I did find the road noise a bit intrusive but it didn't really prevent sleeping. Light sleepers should probably bring ear plugs though just in case. I highly recommend the sauna area. That was very nice after the last day skiing. I definitely plan to return!
