Guest：Stayed here Feb 2026. Good location, just a short walk from Sloterdijk train station and one stop away from Amsterdam Centraal. Spar shop and a restaurant beside the train station, which was handy. Very clean and well equipped room. Stayed in a triple room, with hairdryer, towels, coffee machine, fridge, tv and safe all provided in the room. Spacious bar/lobby area with lots of seating. Quiet hotel (no rowdy guests or loud noises in mornings etc). The staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful also. The hotel had a small gym although we did not use this during our stay. ?Only negative thing was the hotel did not serve dinner or food in the evening, other than a buffet breakfast.

Guest：During my stay, I felt that the staff was not very friendly. There was a discrepancy between the tax fee stated on Trip.com and the amount mentioned by the staff at the property. I was simply asking for clarification, but the response I received came across as rather unfriendly and impatient, which made the interaction uncomfortable. That said, the room itself was generally good. It was clean, comfortable, and provided a pleasant environment to rest. Overall, while the accommodation itself was satisfactory, I hope the staff can improve their attitude and communication with guests in the future.
