Guest：Dès notre arrivée avec réservation le Check in a pris plus de 20 minutes pour nous mettre dans uns chambre sans chauffage , sans cintre dans la penderie et avec une liseuse bord de lit qui ne fonctionnait pas Après avoir enfin obtenu un changement de chambre nous avons dès le lendemain après notre parcours de golf eut la désagréable surprise de ne plus avoir de serviettes dans la salle de bain. 1/2 heure après avoir fait la demande à la réception toujours rien. Il a fallu rappeler la réception en haussant le ton pour être enfin servi . Et vis repetita le 2 eme jour Enfin cerise sur le gateau nous avions commandé des greens fee et nous avons d? attendre 1/2 heure pour enfin avoir les ??voucher?? Par contre Le service et la qualité des plats du restaurant près de la mer est très positive

Guest：23 years of loyalty and still the best place where to stay in El Jadida. As a professional golf teacher, I love to stay at Pullman Mazagan together with 5 to 6 groups of golfers as well as privately every year. It’s very convenient to be a few steps from the Driving Range, the beautiful 18 holes golf course and the beach. The quality of service, hospitality and gastronomy is exceptional. The staff from the reception throughout restaurants and bar are very friendly and attentive. Big thanks to the General manager Didier who is always there and taking very good care of the customers. Also many thanks to all the staff especially Khalil.
Guest：The hotel check in was swift, the family room was good and clean, the issue we had was the AC never worked as we expected, also as were in the ground floor we had to open the balcony door at night for cooler. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was clean, the beach is walking distance , Overall good realxing hotel.
