  • Guest user：Friendly and helpful staff, best location for shopping in chunxi road and easy to go anywhere.
  • Guest user：Hotel staff is very friendly. We tell them ahead of time when we want to go to Jiuzhaigou and when we want to leave for the bus stop. They will schedule you in and pick you up and drop you off. That is very convenient as the hotel is not super close to Jiuzhaigou. Con: I did not like the disposable towels. I much prefer just regular towels. Having one key card is not very convenient for us since we have 3 adults.
