Guest user：Most of the time I travel to Auckland, I will try to stay at Ibis Budget Auckland Central, mainly because of the location and cleanliness. However, the cleanliness of my recent stay at the said hotel was not up to my expectation. Hopefully this can be improved to the standard you used to have. I was referring to the drawer that kept the cups and tea bags.
Guest user：Rooms were small, as expected, but bonus was kitchenette. Tight bathroom, but quite serviceable. Beds and linens comfortable. Nice to find second pillow. Great location, for the price. Don't expect a view.
