Guest：The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, only disadvantage were the two flights of stairs up to our room which wasn't the hotel,s fault, but lovely views of the high street when we got up there !!!
Guest：It’s a pub. Cheap. Friendly. Toilet didn’t flush properly, shower didn’t feel super clean and it was quite small. Bed was comfy. But it’s a characterful old pub and it’s cheap! Not many food options in Bala.
Guest：Creaky clean !!! The hotel was very dated and creaky, but clean. The bed could have been more comfortable and the room we had overlooked the street and the pub opposite was very lively. Loved the breakfast!
Guest：Budget stay. Room was okay but there was a horrible cheesy feet smell. Other than this it was clean and had tea/coffee facilities. Was given key and told were the room was but other than that no communication with hotel staff. Bar service was very friendly in the hotel. It was a cheap break so wasn't expecting much
