Guest：Great stay for two nights. Courtyard and restaurant can get loud at night for rooms right off the edge, ours was right across from the reception desk and we had to get creative to have privacy. Smart tv, fan in the room, basic amenities. Great location!
Guest：The property it self was very clean and the courtyards well maintained . Beautiful gardens /terrace . All the cleaning staff and room Attendants were Super friendly and inviting. I would give them a 5 Front desk people can use a fresh up course in proper customer service. The hotel itself is beautiful I repeat rooms had a nice fitting decor and maintained neat and clean The bathroom could get a makeover but still Clean . The beds are to to firm They should really consider having trash bins that have lids as they expect you to put the toilet paper in the trash can NO flushing down the toilet paper.
Guest：I can't say enough good things about Naif. This was all-around an excellent stay. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, with stunning views. The location could not be beat. It was great to have coffee downstairs in the mornings and having the option for breakfast there or adventuring out. It was also just the right amount of busy- never too crowded or loud, but always some activity. We will definitely be coming back.
