Guest：Pros: centrally located in the Brera section, close to most main points of interest. Cons: water temperature in the shower turned cold after three minutes. Leaky sink faucets in bathroom needed to be dried with a towel on a daily basis and the bed was rock hard to the point where we felt as though we were sleeping on concrete.
Guest：Located very conveniently to Duomo, La Scala and other notable sights in downtown Milano. clean room, comfortable bed and nice bathroom. The desk staff helped me with laundry.
Guest：The room was very clean and well appointed, except the shower drain was backed up and we had to skip our shower until housekeeping could come later to fix it. The room is much smaller than we expected. The check in person was great!!
