  • Guest：My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in July 2024. After reading the reviews we were dreading our stay however we were pleasantly surprised. The room only rate was a bit pricey at ￡140 per night and I definitely wouldn’t list it as a hotel. the room was basic/no frills but it was clean, and the bed was comfy. There was a tray with tea and breakfast options such as porridge and croissants. The staff were really helpful and accommodating and I couldn’t fault them at all. Thank you!! Location was great and only a small walk from the high street with parking close by. Overall a pleasant stay just not a hotel.
  • Guest：The hotel is simple but very nice. You are very close to the beach etc, breakfast is in the room and generous . All in all we will return, lovely host, its air bnb style so self chk in and out, great by me. There is no bar / restaurant but the price reflects that well I think.
  • Guest：Lovely place to stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the food basket and small fridge in the room, stocked up with treats, very unexpected. There is no parking, however the golf course is literally across the road so it was easy to park up and access the hotel.
  • Guest：This is a super location for getting out and about on a first visit to North Berwick. A warm welcome at reception and comfortable accommodation. A warm and quite room. The continental style breakfast kit in the room was very handy and satisfactory. Easy walking around the beach and harbour area. We enjoyed a boat trip to Bass Rock in calm conditions. The “law hill”. dominates the skyline. We walked up from the car park in about 30 minutes. It is safely accessible although quite steep in places. The 360 view is very rewarding….. and we. can recommend it as a place for a picnic lunch.
