Guest：I can't stay enough about the Opera B & B. Mossimo, the owner, is the ultimate host and gentlemen. His recommendations for sights and restaurants were impeccable. He went so far as to purchase bus tickets for us. The rooms aren't fancy, but they are very very clean and comfortable. The wifi was strong. There is a comon area with coffee. tea, snacks, and juice avaialble 24/7. Your breakfast is avaialble at the little cafe next door. We really liked this because there were no time limits on when you had to eat. The cappucino was fantastic and the croissants were flaky and delicious. The location is right in the heart of Parma. Lots to do, see, and eat right outside yoor door. We'd 100% stay here again.
Guest：This was a great B&B located in the heart of the city. Massimo is a fantastic host and you can't beat the value for the money. The breakfast is self-serve but there are lots of options to choose from. Be aware that there is no elevator so you'll need to walk up a flight of stairs. When we arrived, Massimo was there to greet us and helped carry our luggage. I highly recommend this B&B for your next stay in Parma!

Massimo was easily the best host we have ever had--accommodating with all our luggage and questions, and always happy to stock everything we could ask for in the common-area fridge. I mentioned in passing to Massimo my love of a certain kind of fruit, and he immediately went and stocked it in the fridge (and continued stocking it when it ran out!). He will also give you a great overview of everything to see and do in Parma when you arrive. The location is unbeatable, right in the centro storico of the city but also within easy walking distance to the train station. The rooms are spotless clean and the beds comfortable. Our room also had a balcony overlooking the courtyard, which we enjoyed greatly. We would not hesitate to stay there again. Grazie di cuore per un'ottima esperienza!
Guest：Loved this place! It's a 10-minute walk from the train station and very close to the National Gallery, which is a must-see. I admit I made things a little difficult for both me and Massimo, the proprietor. I assumed this was a typical B&B with a staffed reception. It's not that. Massimo contacted me while we were on the train about my arrival time, which I didn't receive as I didn't have data on. When we arrived I had to contact him and request his presence, and he very graciously came over in 5 minutes. Massimo gave us all sorts of local recommendations and regaled us with his tales. The rooms connect to a common area stocked with breakfast goods and a solid espresso machine. We were also given vouchers for coffee and croissants at a local cafe. Overall, this was a great experience.
