Guest：The location in the heart of Naples was an amazing experience. Locals were not only friendly but helpful. The exact location was difficult to find with only a small name placard on building next to the door. Several locals helped us find it. Loved the OLD neighborhood atmosphere just off Galleria Shopping street of Via Toledo. Very FUN location and felt safe.
Guest：Good- spacious room, modern washroom, comfortable beds, convenient area. Could be improved - one key for 3 adults made it hard to go out at separate times. Noise from other guests came through the door and ceiling as it wasn't very soundproof.

Guest：Great location in heart of the action. No issues with noise despite the busy area of Spanish quarter. Clean, comfortable. Nice bathroom. Staff was helpful and were able to store our luggage there for a few hours after check out
