Guest：Everything was grate and I like area and I may come again if I decide to come again to Glasgow
Guest：Check in was a complete nightmare, hotel front desk was in a different building then advertised Front desk was no help unless u beg them to help. Never would I recommend this place Stay away. Room is dirty , hotel is in a dirty part of town.
Guest：This building is VERY tired. The unit itself was a bit better than the public areas but neither were particularly clean. It’s quite noisy and pillows were the very worst I’ve ever used. This made for less than optimal sleeping conditions despite a fairly comfortable bed. On the high side, the reception staff were quite helpful and very responsive to requests.
Guest：We stayed here as a family in October. Check in was fine although we hadn’t read the small print regarding ￡100 deposit and the fact it can take up to 28 days to be credited back into your bank account (I should have read the small print). The communal corridors appear very run down - carpets absolutely filthy. The actual apartment wasn’t too bad. A little tired and some cosmetic issues with the kitchen - work worktops/finger prints on the microwave etc. The fridge didn’t actually work so glad we didn’t actually need to use it. The bathrooms were nice - not the cleanest but I have seen worse. The beds clean and comfortable. The area was close to central Glasgow so that was a real bonus.
